Fix for "Sorry, no quotes are available for this order at this time." in Magento for FedEx module.

If you are using the FedEx shipping method in Magento and see this message during checkout:

"Sorry, no quotes are available for this order at this time."

I suggest that you check the following:

1. Make sure that you enter the correct codes, keys or details using the developer account or production account in the FedEx shipping method.

2. Check the path of your store.
